FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
If we don’t fix the budget, we can’t keep our schools. Our district cannot afford to continue running deficit budgets while mismanaging taxpayer dollars. I will bring responsible financial oversight that prioritizes students and teachers—not consultants and administrative waste. With my background in business and strategic planning, I know how to make a budget work, and I will fight to ensure every dollar is spent where it matters most.
COMPETITIVE PAY
If we don’t raise teacher pay, we can’t keep our teachers. Great schools start with great educators, and we must pay them competitively to retain and attract the best. Unlike other candidates who talk about raising pay while accepting financial mismanagement, I will make teacher compensation a top priority. Our educators are the foundation of this district, and I will fight to ensure they have the support they need to succeed.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
If we don’t stop top-down decision-making, we can’t keep our community’s trust. Leadership should listen to the people who know our schools best—parents, teachers, and students. I will push for open-door policies, community advisory boards, and regular town halls to ensure our district is transparent and accountable. The school board should serve the community, not dictate to it.
